Following foundational training, your team is ready for their orientation, a 6-hour session designed to equip facilitators with the knowledge and confidence to lead Growing Empathy. Orientation includes comprehensive guidance on the program’s structure and objectives, live training to build facilitation skills, and planning support for implementation in your school or district.
Following orientation, your team of facilitators is ready to lead Growing Empathy in your school. They are provided with all the materials they need to roll out 8-hours of in-house training, inclusive of four 10-15 minute animated, instructional videos which serve as an engaging centerpiece of each training session.
Your team has continued access to an expertly designed online learning platform where they can revisit and access Growing Empathy instructional resources anytime, making implementation stress-free and efficient, and enabling your leaders to focus on engaging your staff and building a culture of empathy with minimal effort.
Learning Modules: Four modules can be rolled out in 1 or 2 hour sessions, totaling 8-hours of professional development.
Instructional Videos: Four animated 10-15 videos make the learning digestible and entertaining.
Facilitator Guide: Comprehensive lesson plans and post-learning exercises ensure smooth implementation.
