to Empowered Educators

From selecting and training facilitators to providing comprehensive resources and ongoing guidance, this roadmap ensures teams are fully prepared to create lasting, meaningful change—without the extra workload.

Step 1
Choose Your Champions

We help you identify the leaders within your school that will be best positioned to serve as internal facilitators. This core team kicks off with a foundational FuelEd training, designed to build their self-awareness and essential relationship skills, making them not only better teachers and leaders but prime champions for Growing Empathy. 

Step 2
Immersive Orientation

Following foundational training, your team is ready for their orientation, a 6-hour session designed to equip facilitators with the knowledge and confidence to lead Growing Empathy.  Orientation includes comprehensive guidance on the program’s structure and objectives, live training to build facilitation skills, and planning support for implementation in your school or district.

Step 3
Rapid Rollout

Following orientation, your team of facilitators is ready to lead Growing Empathy in your school. They are provided with all the materials they need to roll out 8-hours of in-house training, inclusive of four 10-15 minute animated, instructional videos which serve as an engaging centerpiece of each training session.

Step 4
Access Your Learning Platform

Your team has continued access to an expertly designed online learning platform where they can revisit and access Growing Empathy instructional resources anytime, making implementation stress-free and efficient, and enabling your leaders to focus on engaging your staff and building a culture of empathy with minimal effort.

  • Learning Modules: Four modules can be rolled out in 1 or 2 hour sessions, totaling 8-hours of professional development.

  • Instructional Videos: Four animated 10-15 videos make the learning digestible and entertaining.

  • Facilitator Guide: Comprehensive lesson plans and post-learning exercises ensure smooth implementation.

  • Slide Decks: Each module comes with an accompanying slide deck that guides participants through the lesson plan.
